Born on March 12, 1996, Fuller played college football at Virginia Tech, where he emerged as one of the top defensive backs in the nation. From 2013 to 2015, Fuller earned First-Team All-ACC honors in 2015 and displayed a talent for creating turnovers, racking up multiple interceptions during his college career.
