NORELL POLLARD
Norell Pollard is a defensive tackle known for his strength, size, and disruptive play on the field. Born on November 24, 1998, Pollard began his college football career at Virginia Tech, where he played for the Hokies in 2016. After redshirting his first year, Pollard transferred to Austin Peay State University, where he became a standout player for the Governors from 2017 to 2021. At Austin Peay, Pollard was known for his ability to clog running lanes and generate pressure on quarterbacks. He earned First-Team All-OVC (Ohio Valley Conference) honors in his senior year and was a leader on the team’s defensive line, finishing his college career with several tackles for loss and sacks.
After going undrafted in the 2022 NFL Draft, Pollard signed as a free agent with the Buffalo Bills, where he spent time on the practice squad, continuing to develop his skills and adjust to the professional level. In 2023, Pollard signed with the Washington Commanders.
